Job Summary

Support the review, reconciliation, and analysis of project financial reports to ensure compliance with donor agreements and alignment with PRISM Financials prior to submission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze project financial reports for donor compliance (budget, funding, templates) and reconcile with PRISM Financials before submission
  • Conduct preliminary checks on interim reports, endorse compliant reports, and escalate inconsistencies to the supervisor
  • Prepare project interest income calculations when required by donors
  • Escalate material findings and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Assist in posting project closing adjustments and other accounting tasks as assigned
  • Ensure tasks and progress are updated in FinCoorP
