Highly professional and well-regarded membership services organisation is looking for an experienced finance assistant to help them through their busy end of year. Reporting to the Finance Manager your role will include the following:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entering of data on to Xero
  • Reconciliation of debtors accounts
  • Processing of accounts payables and receivables
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Audit related tasks
  • Updating and creating spreadsheets
  • General finance administration duties

Essential Criteria:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications
  • Proven experience in utilising Xero software
  • Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and well organised
