Job Description

We are hiring an Personal Finance and Operations Manager to oversee budgeting, financial tracking, and cost management for a growing Shopify-based business. The role involves analyzing profit margins, supplier payments, and logistics costs while ensuring financial accuracy across multiple systems.

Must Have's

  • 3+ years of e-commerce finance experience (Shopify and logistics cost management)
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with supplier payments, cost tracking, and fulfillment analysis
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Haves / Preferred

  • Experience using Asana, Trello, or
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and CRM tools
  • Background in cross-border e-commerce compliance
  • Experience working independently in remote setups
