Role Purpose
The Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for managing the full finance, insurance, and value‑added product (VAP) process within the dealership. The role ensures customers receive compliant, transparent, and value‑driven financial solutions while supporting the dealership's profitability and maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance & Insurance Sales and Comprehensive
Present finance options, insurance products to customers in a clear, compliant, and professional manner.
Secure finance approvals through banks and financial institutions.
Comprehensive Insurance
Maximise penetration of VAPs (warrantees, service plans, maintenance plans, credit life,
Tyre & rim, etc.)
Ensure sold ethically and in line with FAIS and NCA requirements.
