Finance and Admin Manager

1. ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and hands-on Finance & Administration

Manager to lead our financial operations, billing workflows, human resources,

and office administration. Operating on QuickBooks, you will be responsible

for end-to-end billing execution, tight month-end and year-end financial closings,

and strategic treasury/money management.

In this role, you will directly manage and supervise a distributed team of local

and overseas subordinates across various countries (specifically including India

and China), ensuring operational efficiency, cross-border compliance, and smooth

communication between local headquarters and foreign branches.
