Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Group Commercial & Operations Director

Role Overview

An established, multi-entity group operating in a technically complex and regulated environment is seeking an experienced Group Financial Manager to take ownership of the full financial function across multiple subsidiaries.

The role is responsible for end-to-end financial management, including group reporting, compliance, cash flow, budgeting, audit, and financial strategy. The successful candidate will lead and develop the finance team, strengthen internal controls, and provide clear, decision-useful financial insight to executive leadership.
