Job Overview

The Finance and Accounting Clerk is responsible for receiving and releasing of all cash and checks paid for and by the company, making sure that all data are correct and cash/checks are properly accounted. The position is also in charge of assuring that all financial documents pertaining to Cashiering are intact and ready for audit.

The Finance and Accounting Clerk is also responsible for the preparation of the payroll and allowances of all company employees and the corresponding government dues related to it making sure that all payables are paid on time.

The Finance and Accounting Clerk is likewise responsible for the preparation of all company disbursements to suppliers, employees, government dues and other payables making sure all are paid on time.
