You will be responsible for the following: 

Business & strategic planning
- Assist in building, maintaining, and constantly updating a rolling medium-term end-to-end financial forecast in coordination with various stakeholders
- Work closely with various business units and budget/finance/treasury to incorporate strategic goals and targets into the budget and financial planning process

M&A-related activities
- Build financial model to support valuation
- Develop optimal M&A structures
- Assist in due diligence activities
    
Corporate finance support
- Regular review and update of WACC
- Capital structure review
- Support Treasury in developing cash plan and funding pl...
