Finance Analyst

Outstaffer is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst to own advanced financial analysis, complex payroll and billing reconciliations, and margin assurance across our Employer of Record (EOR) and value-added service offerings.

This is a senior individual contributor role with clear accountability for margin integrity, cost recovery, and financial insight. The role goes beyond execution—expectation is ownership, judgement, and proactive identification of risk and opportunity.

The core mandate: ensure all employment- and service-related costs are fully and accurately billed to Clients, and that leadership has reliable visibility into profitability by employee, Client, country, and service.
