Finance Analyst & Controller Backup – Budget & Payroll

Copeland seeks a Finance Manager/Controller-adjacent role to oversee budgeting, forecasting and payroll processes for the Mexican entity. You will supervise the finance department in the absence of the Controller and collaborate across IT, HR, and legal teams to ensure internal controls and accurate financial reporting.

The role covers annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and close processes, with a focus on cost reductions and CAPEX reviews.
