As a Finance Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in transactional tasks and data input that support monthly financial reporting. 



Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to assist with:



  • Supplier invoice processing 

  • Supplier statement reconciliations 

  • Processing of subcontractor invoices / certifications 

  • Timesheet input / review 

  • Data entry 


There would also be an expectation that the role will assist with any other ad hoc project work that may arise 



Experience and Qualifications


  • Ideally holds an AAT Level 3 Diploma, but would consider AAT Level 2 Certificate or relevant experience 

  • Experience in double-entry bookkeeping, basic costing and an understanding of purchase, sales and general ledgers
