GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Executes daily, weekly, monthly and semi-annually monitoring of transactions relating to Bad Debts, Bounced Checks, Bank Funds, Petty Cash, Collection, DCAR compliance, EWT, Claims Documentation for Nestle and Customers Credit Terms and Limit.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

·    Internal Audit

-    Conducts audit assessment on the company Monthly expenses;

-    Conducts audit assessment on Sell-in transactions (Purchase Order versus Received Stocks);

-    Conducts audit assessment on the over-all Travelling Expense of the Company;

-    Conducts random Sales Field Audit whenever necessary;

-    Conducts regular Bank Deposit Reconciliation audit assessment;

-    Conducts audit assessment on undelivered Invoices.
