Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day accounting and administrative duties
  • Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, and receipts
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable, including payment follow-ups
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Assist in data entry into accounting systems and spreadsheets
  • Support month-end closing and basic financial reporting
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and auditors when required
