  • Debtors and Creditors duties

  • Process GRVs

  • Responsible for daily and weekly stock adjustments

  • Accurate order capturing

  • Maintain customer pricelists

  • Assisting with customer pricing and quotations

  • Assisting with tenders and sampling

  • Accurate invoice processing

  • Backorder reports and updates with Planners

  • Customer sales reporting

  • Customer order tracking with factories and transporter

  • Customer liaison with orders, queries and all relevant issues

  • Customer order coordination with factory planners and despatch

  • Customer catalogues and update of products
