Job Description
About the Role:
The Finance Admin is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Finance Department. This role ensures accurate financial record-keeping, timely processing of payments and receipts, and proper documentation in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily finance operations including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Prepare, process, and verify invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and claims.
- Perform data entry into accounting systems and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow transactions.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up on collections when required.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records (physical and digital).
- Handle petty cash management and monthly reconciliation.
