Job Responsibilities

  • Support the processing of accounts payable and commission payments with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in maintaining business license compliance, including registrations and renewals.
  • Help manage sales tax registrations, filings, and payments across multiple U.S. jurisdictions.
  • Track and support personal property tax assessments and payments.
  • Coordinate routine business filings and assist with required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor deadlines related to leases and utility accounts.
  • Assist with financial projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
