Role Overview

The Finance & Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the financial operations of IMS, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight across all accounting, reporting, and treasury functions. This role strengthens IMS’s governance framework by embedding ISO‑aligned controls, SAP‑supported workflows, and audit‑defensible processes. The manager partners closely with leadership to provide financial clarity, operational discipline, and data‑driven recommendations that support sustainable growth.
