Final Test Technician

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute final test activities with cross-functional teams to meet project scope, schedule, and quality requirements.

• Perform final testing according to approved checklists and customer require ments, with a strong zero-defect mindset.

• Manage and escalate out-of-plan issues in accordance with manufacturing es calation procedures.

• Work closely with setup, engineering, QA, and project management teams to ensure test readiness and drive continuous improvement in design, setup, and customer sample management.

• Log and track all test-related issues in the issue-tracking database for Kaizen and continuous improvement.

• Use calibrated tools, jigs, and approved instructions; maintain proper docu mentation and controls.

• Practice 5S daily, ensure proper material identification, and maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
