Lead quality assurance as the Final Inspection Supervisor on the afternoon shift at TTM Technologies, Inc. Oversee inspection operations, manage team performance, and ensure top product quality daily.
In this role, you will supervise both afternoon and night shifts, ensuring consistency in inspection processes and quality standards. Your leadership will guide the team in staffing, training, and compliance while managing inspection accuracy across all shifts. Your ability to coach and mentor will be critical in maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise employees during the afternoon shift
• Ensure quality standards are consistently met
• Support scheduling and staffing for coverage
• Coach and develop team members effectively
• Act as point of escalation for inspection issues
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in PCB inspection or quality roles
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of final inspection processes
