Key Responsibilities

Production Planning and Coordination

• Develop, implement, and monitor weekly production schedules to meet customer deadlines and project requirements.
• Coordinate staffing and equipment resources across SMT, PBA, Harnessing, and LAB departments.
• Ensure optimal allocation of staff, including outsourced labor, for efficient project-based execution.
• Liaise with Production Planners and department supervisors to adapt plans for urgent customer needs or drop-in orders.

Staff Requisition Approval

• Review and sign off on staffing requisitions to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
• Confirm that staffing requests are cost-effective and in line with budgetary constraints.
• Verify that proper line balancing has been conducted to optimize workforce allocation before approving requisitions.
