Key Responsibilities Production Planning and Coordination Develop, implement, and monitor weekly production schedules to meet customer deadlines and project requirements. Coordinate staffing and equipment resources across SMT, PBA, Harnessing, and LAB departments. Ensure optimal allocation of staff, including outsourced labor, for efficient project-based execution. Liaise with Production Planners and department supervisors to adapt plans for urgent customer needs or drop-in orders. Staff Requisition Approval Review and sign off on staffing requisitions to ensure alignment with operational requirements. Confirm that staffing requests are cost-effective and in line with budgetary constraints. Verify that proper line balancing has been conducted to optimize workforce allocation before approving requisitions.
