You Contribution

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment and company policies.

  • Monitor and improve line performance (scrap, rework, downtime).

  • Lead and supervise filter line production to meet Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), quality and delivery goal according to MPS (Mahle Production System) standarts.

  • Organize daily production meetings with team leaders and setters.

  • Work to improve equipment changeovers, SMED.

  • Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement projects, Lean Activities.

  • Coordinate with Maintenance and Purchasing for spare parts and consumables.

  • Collaborate with Planning and Project teams for smooth product launches.

  • Manage workforce planning, shift schedules and team allocation.

  • Lead employee development, motivation and training activities.

  • Provide regular reports to the Production Manager.
