Responsibilities
The Fuel Station Manager is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the site by ensuring:
- Safe and efficient daily operations
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong financial and stock control
- Compliance with company and oil company standards
- Leadership, coaching and development of all staff
- Achievement of sales, GP and operational targets
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Fuel Station Manager or Assistant Manager
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience in:
- Fuel operations
- Forecourt management
- Convenience store management
- Cash management
