Responsibilities

The Fuel Station Manager is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the site by ensuring:

  • Safe and efficient daily operations
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Strong financial and stock control
  • Compliance with company and oil company standards
  • Leadership, coaching and development of all staff
  • Achievement of sales, GP and operational targets

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Fuel Station Manager or Assistant Manager

Strong leadership and people management skills

Experience in:

  • Fuel operations
  • Forecourt management
  • Convenience store management
  • Cash management
