Job Description

Maintain product price files, including entering, updating, and verifying pricing changes, promotions, and product information in system

Support inventory management activities by monitoring product records, assisting with counts or adjustments, identifying discrepancies, and communicating issues to the appropriate team member

Provide customer service by responding to customer and team member inquiries, locating product information, and supporting a positive shopping experience

Print, organize, and maintain shelf labels, sale signs, promotional signage, and other in-store communication materials to support accurate and timely merchandising

Ensure price accuracy on the sales floor by completing price checks, reviewing signage and shelf labels, supporting corrections, and performing other duties as assigned

Education:

Grade 12 or equivalent
