Field Visual Merchandiser Spain

Reports to: Retail Marketing Manager Permanent contract Madrid, Spain (field-based) Start date: at the earliest convenience ABOUT THE POSITION We’re creating this role to bring a dedicated, internalized Visual Merchandising presence to the Spanish market. The core challenge this role addresses is consistency: across concessions, exhibition spaces and partner stores, each with their own constraints, teams and rhythms, maintaining a coherent brand presentation requires a dedicated field presence. Based in Madrid and working primarily in stores across the country, you will bridge the gap between the VM guidelines defined by our European HQ and what actually happens on the floor. You will report to the Retail Marketing Team Europe, based at our HQ, while collaborating very closely on a day-to-day basis with our Sales team in Spain.
