Multilingual Service Support Engineer – Madrid, Spain

Our client is looking for a Service Support Engineer to join their team in Madrid. This role is focused on providing remote technical support for complex systems, assisting both customers and internal teams, and ensuring a high level of service across the EMEAI region. The ideal candidate will combine strong problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset. You’ll be working in an international environment, supporting installations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and helping to improve overall customer experience.
