Field Training & Development Manager

We are currently looking for a dynamic Field Training & Development Manager to join our field leadership team in the Toronto (GTA) region. In this NEW strategic and collaborative role, you will be responsible for strengthening talent pipelines by delivering structured, hands‑on training for external hires and internal succession candidates. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, the FTDM ensures training is consistent, measurable, and aligned with brand standards and business objectives.

The successful candidate will also be responsible to:

• Utilize both hands‑on training and weekly follow‑up for all new external Store Manager’s.
• Recertify training for current EB Store Manager’s to ensure that operational knowledge is consistent with company standards.
• Validate operational competence for succession candidates as part of the internal promotion process.
