We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Service & Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with electrical experience who excels at problem-solving, client interaction, and delivering high-quality service. POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly service and maintenance tasks, ensuring completion by the 29th of each month.
• Attend to technical callouts and provide telephonic support to clients to resolve issues efficiently.
• Complete and submit job cards daily (within 24 hours), ensuring all required details are accurate.
• Maintain and manage boot stock weekly , ensuring all inventory is accounted for.
• Accurately document all work performed, including listing any components replaced with explanations.
