Field Technician

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Technician to join our team. This role involves on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test equipment at client sites
• Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues in the field
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records
• Train clients on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
