Manage on-site implementation and commissioning of products and solutions Test and ensure successful customer sign-off after installations Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair technical equipment Provide both on-site and telephonic technical support Perform regular maintenance and field service visits Deliver operator training on implemented systems Log and report customer issues accurately Build strong, long-term customer relationships
