Field Technician

Description We are looking for a dependable Field Technician to support classroom technology operations for a Contract position based in Cleveland, Ohio. This hands-on role focuses on preparing, organizing, and deploying devices and instructional equipment so teachers and staff have the tools they need for day-to-day success. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with hardware, following established processes, and contributing to a team environment that values accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare laptops, computers, and other technology devices for reassignment by cleaning, sanitizing, and readying equipment for use.
• Set up classroom and staff technology, including computer workstations and interactive display equipment, to support daily instructional needs.
