Roles & Responsibilities, Abilities & Skills:

  • Install and commission architectural and electrified hardware at client sites as per standards and checklists.
  • Ensure accurate door preparation and coordinate with OEMs as per project requirements.
  • Attend breakdown calls and service requests within agreed response times.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections of installed hardware at various sites and lab equipment.
  • Maintain accurate service reports and provide recommendations for parts change or new product replacement.
  • Train end users and site staff on safe operation and maintenance of Installed hardware.
  • Co-ordination with sales/back office for scheduling, spare parts and escalation.
  • Interpret test plans and reliability project orders with minimal direction from Test Engineers.
  • Perform product tests adhering to established test methods and schedules.
