This is a mobile position based in Northern Germany.

Lenovo is seeking a Field Technical Sales Support Engineer / Consultant for Think Client Products to provide end‑to‑end technical support across pre‑sales and post‑sales activities. This role serves as a trusted technical advisor to customers and Sales, supporting evaluations, tenders, and technical escalations.

Key Responsibilities:


Pre‑Sales

  • Provide technical consultancy for ThinkPad, ThinkCentre, and related client solutions
  • Support Sales during customer meetings, presentations, product evaluations, and transitions
  • Contribute technical expertise and benchmarks to tenders and RFPs

  • Post‑Sales

  • Act as the technical focal point for customer issues and escalations (excluding warranty topics)
