Job Description

**Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated IT Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support for a national home improvement retail client. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong customer service skills, technical troubleshooting experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Provide onsite support for IT equipment including POS systems, desktops, laptops, printers, thin clients, access points, servers, and network switches

+ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues within defined service levels

+ Travel daily within a 25-100+ mile radius to service client locations

+ Document all work performed, including issues, resolutions, and ticket updates

+ Manage triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues

+ Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
