A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Field Support Engineer


Position type: Fulltime, Contract to Hire

Duration: 6 Months CTH

Location: Waco, TX/ Irving, TX



As a Field Support Engineer, you will:



Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Provide remote or onsite troubleshooting for Windows OS issues (login problems, system slowness, updates, patches).
  • Assist users with email, VPN, printers, and basic networking issues.
  • Install, configure, and deploy laptops/desktops/workstations for new hires.
  • Update ticket status, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.

  • Background in Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support
