Field Support Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Follow‑up and support of Desktop / Laptop and Mobile Devices
  • Stock and asset management
  • Provide 2nd line IT support for all internal departments
  • Guide, assist and follow up on client questions, problems or troubleshooting (hardware and software)
  • Install and configure PCs and peripherals on request
  • Maintain and improve customer service and availability
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all ICT support related subjects and produce reports as required
