Become a Field Supervisor for powerline construction with Ledcor in Saskatchewan. Oversee projects focusing on safety, quality, and team cooperation.
As a Field Supervisor, you will ensure that construction projects for overhead and underground powerlines meet safety and quality standards. You will facilitate daily safety meetings and support the HS&E coordinator in compliance efforts. This position gives you the chance to mentor less experienced workers while being directly involved with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily safety planning and Tailboard meetings
• Monitor compliance with SaskPower standards
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and clients
• Oversee troubleshooting and maintenance of powerlines
• Train junior staff on industry best practices
