- Manage and oversee the performance of the Field Technicians.
- Acting as the main point of communication between the main field and office.
- Managing the work schedules and time cards for all Field Technicians.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
- Ensuring that safety and client policies are strictly adhered to.
- Reviewing project progress to ensure that deadlines are met.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Ad, or related field (preferred)
- 1-2 years experience in project coordination or telecom technical support (preferred)
- Skilled in managing project teams, schedules, and resources-
- Hands-on in project tracking and reporting
- With Driver's License 1,2,3
- Proficiency in MS Offices
- With ability to work in different environmental conditions.
