Job description:

  • Manage and oversee the performance of the Field Technicians.
  • Acting as the main point of communication between the main field and office.
  • Managing the work schedules and time cards for all Field Technicians.
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ensuring that safety and client policies are strictly adhered to.
  • Reviewing project progress to ensure that deadlines are met.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Ad, or related field (preferred)
  • 1-2 years experience in project coordination or telecom technical support (preferred)
  • Skilled in managing project teams, schedules, and resources-
  • Hands-on in project tracking and reporting
  • With Driver's License 1,2,3
  • Proficiency in MS Offices
  • With ability to work in different environmental conditions.
