Job Description

Seppälän Tiili Oy is seeking a Field Supervisor in Finland to lead and coordinate masonry work on a permanent basis. You will schedule, oversee crews, and ensure quality across fireplace projects, chimneys and related installations.

You will support sales, assist masons, handle on-site issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to profitability by monitoring projects and collaborating with suppliers.
