Ventia is on the lookout for a Field Supervisor to join our team on the Western Power contract. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — scoping and pre-planning work to ensure our crews deliver safely and efficiently. You’ll collaborate closely with planners, switching operators, and project administrators to make sure everything is ready to go before boots hit the ground.

What’s on offer:

  • $4.00 per hour site allowance for all work outside the metropolitan region.

  • 10/4 Roster – work every second weekend available

  • Regional and Metropolitan work - LAFHA for regional work up to $355 per day
