Transdev in Fairfax Countyis hiring a Field Supervisor. The Field Supervisor oversees day-to-day field operations. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:
+ Starting pay $26.15 /hr
+ Increase to $27.45 /hr effective August 5, 2026
Benefits include:
+ Vacation: applicable after 1 year of service
+ Paid Sick Leave: 5 days effective July 1, 2026. Medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.
