The Field Solutions Supervisor leads the safe, compliant, and efficient day‑to‑day operations of assigned facilities or project sites. This role provides frontline leadership to Field Service Technicians, fosters a strong safety culture, develops people, optimizes site performance, and supports the Area Manager in achieving operational and financial objectives.
