Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and service customer tissue converting equipment and systems according to Valmet service procedures and safety processes Set up machinery and provide prompt assistance to solve technical issues related to processes, machinery or tools Carry out processes checks and quality control to improve product quality and propose improvement solutions to the customer Perform scheduled maintenance on customer installations to ensure and optimise equipment performance Proactively evaluate and suggest spare parts or improvements to the customer for equipment update Carry out training to the customer’s site or in-house Collaborate with the technical department for programming software and improve technical solutions Ensure the achievement of predefined objectives guaranteeing customer satisfaction within the agreed timeline To succeed in this role, you will need:...
