Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Field Site Coordinator to join their team in Ashburn, VA. The Field Site Coordinator supports Field Service Leads and Operations leadership in the execution of commissioning, startup, and field service projects. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, labor, materials, equipment, and documentation to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. Key responsibilities include monitoring project progress, tracking milestones and action items, coordinating site resources, supporting technician deployment, and identifying potential risks that may impact project schedules. The position maintains accurate project documentation, participates in site and project meetings, and serves as a liaison between field personnel, customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
