Field Services Technician (Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico)

We are seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. The role involves basic configuration and support of desktop, notebook, and printer hardware.

Responsibilities
  • Perform basic configuration of desktops, notebooks, and printers.
  • Assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
  • Travel may be required.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Provide basic client service skills.
