Job Description:
  • The Client is currently has an open position on our Routing/Scheduling Team in Field Services.
  • The primary role of this position involves coordinating computer equipment installs and break/fix appointments for our Field Service technicians.
  • The employee’s day will largely involve working within our IT Service Management System, ServiceNow, to create tickets and contacting customers via email/Teams/phone calls to coordinate appointments.
  • Candidates will need to have strong organizational skills and must possess great customer service skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have an extroverted personality type and excellent communication skills.
