The Client is currently has an open position on our Routing/Scheduling Team in Field Services. The primary role of this position involves coordinating computer equipment installs and break/fix appointments for our Field Service technicians. The employee’s day will largely involve working within our IT Service Management System, ServiceNow, to create tickets and contacting customers via email/Teams/phone calls to coordinate appointments. Candidates will need to have strong organizational skills and must possess great customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have an extroverted personality type and excellent communication skills.
