Field Services Representative

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Services Representative to support the installation, training, and maintenance of advanced Air Traffic Surveillance radar systems for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site activities to ensure the timely and successful installation of Air Traffic Surveillance radars.
• Perform cable installation and termination, mechanical assembly and alignment, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems prior to formal hand‑off.
• Conduct site‑to‑site optimization of radar equipment.
• Prepare, issue, and execute test plans, test procedures, and test reports as part of the test team.
• Generate installation reports and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with the Installation Manager to assess site needs and expectations.
