This hands‑on field‑based role involves repairing parcel lockers on client sites with a focus on diagnostic, maintenance, and technical support. The position is based near Wolverhampton, with occasional visits to the office in Hemel Hempstead.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults and malfunctions of parcel locker machines (APMs) on site, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Maintain and modernise parcel locker machines, including implementing hardware and software upgrades to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Diagnose, reconfigure, and install computer software or firmware for electromechanical equipment, ensuring compatibility and security compliance.
