HCP Technologies Private Limited is seeking a  skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our growing team dedicated to supporting the semiconductor and advanced electronics industry across India.

Position: Field Service Engineer

Location: Pan India (Preferred candidates from Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, New Delhi)

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of  Semiconductor Capital Equipment , such as IC Decapsulation, Automatic Optical Inspection Tool, Scanning Acoustic Microscopy, probe stations, testers, wire bonders, wafer dicing, or deposition systems etc.,
  • ​Strong understanding of  semiconductor device Fabrication, packaging and testing processes .
