Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer with a hardware or field support background to deliver best-in-class customer service and perform installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of SMART KIT devices installed in tractors. This is a field-intensive role requiring frequent travel within the assigned region.  

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with hands-on device installation and repair, customer interaction, and coordination with the technical support team via video support.
